We take pride in offering handcrafted, high-quality products made with care and intention. Due to waist beads being considered an intimate and hygienic item, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it appropriately.
2. Shipping Errors
   If you received the wrong item due to a shipping mistake on our end, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
